Is there an easy way to check my battery level on Watch OS10?

Press once the lower button (the button other than the crown) and the control center appears, as was the swipe bottom up on watchOS9. Battery percentage is there. Or add a battery widget and keep the old gesture.

....and/or add as a Complication to a Watch Face or rase and say "Siri what is the battery percentage?".
