Is there any easy solution to export my passwords from keychain access into a cross-platform app?

I would really love to export my keychain access passwords to work in a password application on Windows without having to go through the trouble of recording all of them onto a document or something.

Does any application offer this functionality right now?

If you use safari on your mac, and iCloud Keychain, then they will work too on Windows (as long as you have safari and iCloud for Windows installed).
If you're using keychain for certificates, then best export them and import them.
