Can’t you change it in System Preferences > Trackpad?

There are certain gestures that enable their corresponding function, but i'm not sure you as a user can choose which gesture will enable certain features. I'd look around Trackpad settings as @guzhogi suggested or "System Preferences -> Accessibility"

Can’t you change it in System Preferences > Trackpad?

No, I can't. I want the effect of double finger dragging and three finger scrolling, there's no option in system settings. Are there some commands to achieve it?
