Is there any software that let's me adjust my screen colors, hue, etc?

My screen is reddish on my late 2013, and I want to make it more warm like my 2016 model.

You can play with the settings in System Preferences under Display. Or you can purchase a screen calibrator which is a device that works with software and calibrates the screen to true colors.
