This is pretty frustrating. We're switching from AT&T to Verizon and have all new iPhone 6s. The serial numbers on the old ones are registered to (https://supportprofile.apple.com) and there's no way to remove them. I've tried accessing it on OS X, Windows 7, and Windows 8, and all of them show broken image links where the "remove" button should be. Anyone manage to successfully remove devices from My Support Profile?

EDIT: After an hour chatting to Apple Customer support it's apparently a technical problem on their end. According to the rep I talked to "The engineers are working on it" and it should be done by the end of the year. Well, at least I'm not going insane, I guess.
