Is there any way to download Big Sur anymore?

I need to upgrade to it on my work machine which is currently on Catalina. I tried grabbing it off the app store but it says it's no longer available.

Typically when Apple releases a new version of macOS, previous versions are no longer available UNLESS you have previously installed that version on a computer using the same AppleID store id.

Not sure if the link to Big Sur in that article will work for you if you're on Monterrey. I'm on my iMac now, which is still running Big Sur, and the links for pre-Big Sur macOS versions in that article were working for me, but when I tried the link for Big Sur from my MacBook Air (which is running Monterrey), first it tried to open the link in the Music app (wtf?), and then when I instructed it to open in the App Store app instead, it didn't take me to the Big Sur download page, so I don't know.

Depending on the model year of your Mac it might not be available if it's a legacy system. Check the requirements here:
