Is there any way to reinstall Mail?

Hi,

I never really used Mail.app, so I deleted it, but now I'm having second thoughts and would actually like to try it, because I'm tired of waiting for thunderbird which I find horribly slow, no matter what I ask it to do...

So is there any way for me to get mail.app back? Or is there a third alternative which is even better??

you can re-run the installation from the restore disks and check 'mail' and click the 'upgrade' button at the bottom.

but when I insert my disc an choose, install bundled apps only mail isn't on the list, only "****" like office 2004 trial, iweb and other stuff...
