General Is there any ways to enable using scroll wheels in cydia?

Recently I bought BTC mouse & trackpad v.1.6-1 I know it's such a cool app but i found that scroll wheel doesn't works in cydia apps like cydia, ifile, etc.

scroll wheel perfectly works at safari, or other apps except cydia apps! it's a little uncomfortable 🙁

if there is someone who knows the way lemme know 🙂

Those apps run in root, which mobilesubstrate tweaks cannot inject into

So there isn't any way to enable such thing 🙁
