Is there anyway I can monitor bandwidth with my Airport?

I want to be able to keep track of the bandwidth that gets passed through my Airport Express, everything in the house goes through it from the CPE our ISP has provided us with. Is there any programs or perhaps options in the Airport Utility I could use? Thanks.

I use something called AirPort Flow to monitor my Tv and DirecTv downloads. SNMP needs to be enabled using the Airport Utility.
