I don't want to have to remake an email to a specific group w mostly same info.
Stationary aint there anymore.

No "Native" templates but some 3rd party apps add this ability, e.g. MailButler.

Personally when I (rarely) need to re-send email to different groups, I just open the prior email from Sent and Message menu > Send Again, edit as needed, and send.

Shortcuts is the closest thing to a real template in Mail now. Build one with the "Send Email" action, pre-fill the recipients, subject, and body, and tick "Show Compose Sheet" so you can tweak before sending. Pin it to the menu bar and it's one click to a ready draft.

Lower-tech option: keep the body in Notes and set up a Text Replacement in System Settings > Keyboard with a trigger like ;grpupdate to expand the body inline. Recipients still need pasting but it's fast for the boilerplate.
