Is there anyway to update iphone to 4.1 without syncing in iTunes

I'm going on holiday on Tuesday and will miss the 4.1 update for the iPhone. I don't have a laptop, will be traveling with my iPad and iPhone only. Is there anyway I can get the 4.1 update without syncing to iTunes ?

I would really love the HDR feature for taking pictures on holiday.

Can the update be downloaded before wednesday ?

What's to miss? It's leaked all over the web already. A simple Google search will yield the results you need.
