Ok, my iPhone 6 is showing it's age. Opening apps is slow, texting sometimes lags, and so on... Nevertheless, I can't say, I can find much sluggishness after an app or game launches.

To test this, I've just installed the new Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade game, in my iPhone 6, and played for a while . All I can say is that it plays great. No noticeable hiccups or slowdowns. This was one of the games apple demoed at the 2017 keynote.

Performance only concerning, is there any app or game that really makes you feel you have an outdated iPhone ?

Yeah it’s called iOS 11.
Preach it!

I tried to play Flower on my 7 Plus and within a few minutes my phone overheated and froze for a few seconds. I've had a few apps misbehaving on iOS 11 but I'm hoping the next round of updates for iOS and individual apps fixes all.

No, but I don't use my phone for games.

Can't imagine what you'd feel using my older 5 and 4s. :)

I’d like to hear about that app that runs bad on the old devices as well. In reality that app wasn’t created yet.
