Is there software that will share you screen to another mac/windows computer?

Does anyone here use any software that will show what your mac screen is viewing to another windows or mac computer? Preferably long distance such as a different state and not in the same room.

I use GoToMeeting - for presentations and conferencing.

IF it is Mac to Mac you can use the built in screen sharing - top left of messages app - click details and select the double screen icon
