Is there something wrong with my rMBP 13inch?

Today when i opened my macbook and typed in my password it took longer then usual, it took a while for my desktop, background and my dock icons to show up it was like a gray screen with only the top bar for like a minute, thanks

Unless it's happening all the time, I wouldn't worry about it.

Has this happened more than once? Did you try to reboot it? Did it happen again? An isolated glitch is nothing to worry about.
