Is there still a restocking fee for returning?

And do we have 30 days or 14? Purchased at an apple store, I realize I'm going to go ahead and return it. This was my first iPad but I have a 64GB iPhone 4s and very happy. This is just a big iPhone. I don't think I need 2. Plus the tax I had to pay was ridiculous, I'm going to get it on Craigslist when cheaper.
