Interesting point. Will someone please get AirPlay working on consoles?

Fact of the matter is Apple doesn't need to believe in the cable. An HDMI-in port would solve the problem quite nicely, but in the absence of that, any company can build the appropriate Thunderbolt-HDMI adapter once Intel makes the necessary part available.
