I use the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter but I want to keep it under the desk but the cable is a little short. Is there such a thing as a USB C extension cable without losing any of the functionality of the adapter?

What you need is a USB-C male to USB-C female extension cable. There are several at Amazon.com and you'll have to read the specs, reviews and questions there to figure out if it will work with the adapter.

Thanks. Reviews seem mixed though. Some say it works, others don't for the same product.

How much extension are we talking? Though it often works, it's really not recommended to use USB cables longer than 10 ft. If you are trying to make a run of 30 ft or something, you need to look into other solutions.

I don't know whether the cables you are looking at are of decent quality. They will probably work when you get them, but after that, who knows.
