Is this a 3.1 thing? Wallpaper appears right before shutdown

Okay my 3GS is doing this, is anybody else's? (I'm running 3.1.2)

When I power it down, it shows the black screen with the little spinning circle... Then it shows my wallpaper, complete with the lock slider and time, for about 2-3 seconds and then it shuts off.

It never did this before 3.1. Just saying.

This happening to anybody else?

I had that issue before I upgraded to 3.1.2.

Sometimes it was there long enough for me to unlock and get to the springboard before fully shutting down.

Nope, never happened to me, iPhone 3GS

It did that when I was on 3.1 but not 3.1.2.

It happened to my 3GS right after the 3.1.2 and the carrier update.

Mine does it. iPhone 3GS 3.1.2... and has been doing it for the last few OS updates. Not much of a problem, just a little strange.
