Is this a bug in Safari or Gmail

    My brother just pointed something out to me. When in my Gmail account using safari there's are blue lines behind each first letter of the subject text. In firefox this is non-existent. Observe:

    I feel like I've seen this before, but I just checked (Safari 3.0.2) and I don't have the lines.

    I guess its a problem with Safari 2 then. Well at least comforting to know its non-existent in Safari 3

    hmmm... that's an odd one. I never remember seeing that when I had Safari 2.

    I have safari 2 on here, I see the same thing. Not sure what it's about but glad it's not an issue in 3. (I use firefox mostly so I'm not fussed.)

    It's clearly a "bug" in Safari, but I think it's a problem of CSS or invalid HTML on Google's side, really.

    Who knows. :)
