Is this a dead pixel? LG 4K Ultrafine display

I see this in White, RED, and Blue, but not black and it does not flicker or move. There are three of these dots on the display, no it's not dirt. 🙂

Pls. educate me...

That's more like a cluster rather than A pixel. It looks like residue/dirt to me.

I was under the impressions that dead pixel blinks. If it's dust inside, is it possible to clean?

Anyone else has advice on what's wrong with my display? I won't hate to ship tp LG to have them send it right back to me "no problem found".
