Is this a Flashback trojan?

So this Flash update popped up today. I was scared it might be Flashback, so I took screenshots of it and force quit it. Now I'm scared to update Flash for real. So tell me, is this app dangerous?

Looks like a normal update from adobe! I could be wrong since i dont have flash on my mac.

I just got the same update notification. I uninstalled the installed version of Flash and reinstall it by downloading it from Adobe.
