While it may be appealing with the accessories, I would recommend a mid-2011 model. The mid-2010 15" MBP was plagued with issues. The processor is only dual core. Many of the models suffer from a hardware issue which results in kernel panic when the GT 330M GPU is used. A mid-2012 13" will easily outperform this model.
