It has a 2.2 ghz. Core 2 Duo processor, 1gig of ram, a 120gb. hard drive, and a superdrive all for $1069. I know that these are not being made anymore, but I'm okay with that as long as the processor is pretty recent... But I'm not sure if it is or not.

Apple has the refurb price for the same model at $999.

If it includes AppleCare (with at least 12 months left), then I'd say yes. Otherwise, I concur with seattle and get the Apple Store refurb and add AC to it.

    It's a white one.

Edit: I forgot to mention that this includes no payments for 6 months with no interest.

I'd buy a new 2.1 MB from Amazon with a rebate. Not cheap enough to deal with a older machine and potential problems.

id buy the refurb too unless you get Applecare on that one for no cost. I got my Core2duo 2.0 Macbook for 750 and Applecare til 2010 so good luck.

The Refurb still has 90 days of warranty, so then add Apple Care you are paying $60 more for a better condition computer
