Is this a good price for a 12 core oMP?

Converted thats about 2400 usd so Thats a good deal, in the states these are going for 2800-3000usd and that in just good condition. This one has apple care wich is a good deal.
 
Pretty good price. Those processors alone would probably set you back a few hundred bucks.
