I would say you are hard pressed to find a better deal. $750 for the 128gb and apple pencil will be tough to beat.
Swappa is AWESOME! I got $400 for my iPad Air 2 64GB! Only $10 to sell and it feels MUCH more secure than eBay with staff that approves all listings. VERY pleased.

Staples had the 128gb brand new wifi for like $750-800 recently.
Google "iPad Pro slickdeals and u can see what the lowest price deals have been in the past.
Like I see lots of 6 month old cell phones like the note 5 or iPhone 6S. Many people got these phones on November/December Sam's club/Costco/target $250-300 gift cards and still reselling them for $550-600.
So these people barely lost any money on these electronics.
I haven;t used ebay in years and chose swappa to list. Cheaper and far less scammers/lowlifes.
$400 is pretty fair if it was mint. Theyre still $499 new and $419 refurb (if you can even find a refurb which there are none right now from Apple)

There are many sales and promos (gift cards). iPad Air 2 have routinely been "on sale" $100-150 cash off/gift cards since it was less than 3
weeks old.
Good price yes show up with $650 Cash they wont turn it down if they Turn it down just walk away by the time you take 2 steps the seller will accept.
Make sure its Not a scam they are just trying to sucker in a victim carrying $700 cash.
I have great experience on swappa too except one. The experience is only as good as your buyer. Just like eBay, a dishonest buyer can screw you through PayPal.

Someone tried to pull that trick on me (offering me less than what was agreed) when I was selling my iPhone 5 back in August 2013 before the 5S.
That's why as a Craigslist seller I usually insist meeting locally (within a 3 mile radius of my house or work place). That way I don't waste my time or car miles.
Same I always meet inside a Starbucks the one time I met on the street I almost got in a fight. Tried to give me $100 for my Xbox 360 we agreed on $180 at the time.
If they dont agree to meet at Starbucks thats a red flag. Many time people say I am outside Starbucks in my car come outside.
I simply remain calm enjoy my hot chocolate or coffee and say meet you inside if they don't I know its for the best they leave or the come inside. Either way its a win/win. If they leave I know it was a crook.

Yeah staples had it for 800 which is a good deal.
This deal if in great condition is still $50 cheaper and comes with the $100 pencil. So it's a great deal still
Thanks for the tips. I got the serial number and I do think it is a good deal. Do I just call apple and tell them I am buying an iPad and want it checked to see if it is stolen? I was also thinking of meeting at an authorized apple specialist store to do the transaction so they can check it out and make sure it is good to go.

I was thinking that even with a $750 sale, this deal will probably still be better because of no sales tax and the apple pencil is included. I haven't found it cheaper anywhere else other than the app mercari.
750 is a super good deal if the iPP is undamaged, not stolen, and is in pristine condition. Otherwise wait for sales on NEW iPPs from Best Buy or Staples.
