Is this a good trade?

I have the chance to swap my 11" Air for a colleagues 13" MBP, plus he gets £100 ($160 US):-

Air: 2011, i5, 2GB RAM, 64G SSD - mint condition

Pro: 2009, C2D, 8GB RAM, 500G HD - cosmetically a bit scuffed and a small dent, but in good working order

Do you think this represents a good deal for me?

i think an even trade with no cash might be more fair, but im not an air pricing expert

I think a straight across trade would be better if the MBP is what you want.
