What is Kerberos and why does it mention throttling?

"throttling respawn" means that OS X is holding off on restarting the process because it keeps crashing, so it is applying a 10 second restart timer to reduce load on the computer.

As to why your kerberos process is crashing, I have no idea - it's part of an authentication system.

Is it some thing that I should be overly concerned with? I also have something that is called QTKitserver in red and then it goes away and comes back again.
