Are third party companies allowed to advertise with Apple's official watch faces? If not, it's just a photo.

I guess its PS - I think i like it - no biggie - more watch faces are coming...

That is actually some flight app that allows you to calculate things needed for flying. It's not a watch face (but looking forward to it being added as a third party face).

I saw it somewhere a couple weeks ago, but forgot the name of the app.
