I let someone else use my Mac, and in the history it shows visiting https://get3.adobe.com/flashplayer/update/osx. There are two entries after that, which I assume are the download.

I'm only concerned because there actually was the previous issue with flashback. I checked terminal for the three codes suggested by CNET (supposedly to detect flashback), and all seems fine with that.

With that said, is it pretty likely this was a legitimate download? I don't want to possibly have flashback or whatever, and I'm not sure if this was downloaded from a popup notifier or not. If not legitimate, how could I know?

Flashback has been blocked by OS X for years.
The URL you posted is from adobe.com. I don't see any reason to think it's not legitimate.
