I was a little surprised to see this ad on the forums. I mean, I’m totally in favor of appreciating vaginas, but if this had popped up in the office, I’m not sure how that would’ve gone over.

Yes there is pop up banner that shows up at the bottom and seems to come and go.

It is hard to read the text on this site as the pop up banner is hovering over it.

Fair enough.

However, - if only for the sake of online reputation - they may also need to pay attention to the sort of ads they allow on their site.

A little discretion, or discrimination, in selecting appropriate ads, might, perhaps, therefore, be in order?

To be fair, I don’t think MR puts the ads there themselves, they use a third party that choose the ads. As far as I can tell, MR has been very responsive about inappropriate ads and getting them removed.
