I just bought this monitor and I'm not sure if this is normal or is backlight bleeding. I'm coming from ACD 23' from 2008 and I don't have nothing to compare to.
Thanks 5C6CDD87-014A-4B82-A198-48FCE5AA332C.jpeg11DA9E0B-05D7-40B7-B903-03000574A9CC.jpeg2004A8A6-DFBB-476E-81EA-74B092C5C591.jpeg900524CA-687B-4B33-A62F-BB907871530B.jpeg5C6CDD87-014A-4B82-A198-48FCE5AA332C.jpeg

There seems to be a serious gradient issue when viewed off axis, somewhat like a TN panel. I also see a lot of unevenness in the backlight when viewed straight on. It's a bit hard to tell from these pictures, but I think there are some defects.

Thanks for your answer . When I'm straight in front of it it's not that bad, but a little bit on the side it's like the hole screen it's lighting up. I think I will return it. At least I will have something to compare to .They have a 14 days return policy.

My 27" LG UltraFine shows similar lack of uniformity, although not quite as bad as yours. In "normal" use it doesn't seem nearly as bad, but it also depends on what you are using the monitor for.

I use it for photo and video editing( hobby, not for a living) , youtube, movies...Watching a movie it's not that bad, but photo editing I have to stay right in the front of it. A bit on the side and I see a lot of light.
Thank's for the reply .
