I just found a baseball laying around (it's my dad's, I think), that says "REDS" "1st home run Bronco league 5/1/99" on it, written with a sharpy. If that is true, is it worth anything?

Ah okay, thanks! I wonder where it's from... maybe a relative of mine. None of my immediate family ever played in little leagues.
With special occasion baseballs, even if most likely true, without legit paperwork and documentation don't sell for much. You need the paperwork.
