Is this baseball worth anything?

I just found a baseball laying around (it's my dad's, I think), that says "REDS" "1st home run Bronco league 5/1/99" on it, written with a sharpy. If that is true, is it worth anything?

With special occasion baseballs, even if most likely true, without legit paperwork and documentation don't sell for much. You need the paperwork.
