All iPads Is this battery drain normal on Air 2?

while browsing on Auto brightness on my Air 2 my battery drains by 1% every 5 minutes resulting in around 8 hrs of web browsing against the advertised 10.Is the battery drain normal?Thanks in advance for helping

I felt the same way going from a 4 to an Air2,then I realized I'm just using it a lot more.

I keep my brightness about 2/5ths up.

I usually get about 30-45 minutes of usage before I see a percentage decrease and then a steady percent every 5-6 minutes.

Same here my Air 2 seems to go 30 minutes before it falls off from 100%. Not sure how long the battery goes as I do spurts of use daily but way longer than I would even need. I put on the charger when it get down to 50% about twice a week.

I suggest that the OP just use and enjoy his device and not to worry about the battery.
