Is this Chinese - American translator worth anything?

I found a Besta CD800+ Chinese - English translator/dictionary at a library. They said if no one claims it in one month, it's mine to keep. Is this worth anything? I searched on Google but couldn't find anything exact.

Honestly, no.
I mean they are listed for +/- $100 but no one seems to be buying them.
My suggestion is that you leave it at the library ... maybe the original owner will come back. (unless you plan to legitimately use it). I doubt you'll make much, if any money off of it.
