It's definitely real. Verizon has such speeds all over the country now. Faster than most people's home internet.

My gosh, these speeds are literally 50x faster than my wifi at home (0.84 download speed, road runner lite)

I typically see in the mid 20s to mid 30s when I'm in my hometown, but I've seen slightly above 60Mbps in some of the surrounding areas.

On EE, apparently the fastest network in Britain, I get 14 Mbps down on 4G

These are fast speeds, I get around 71-45-10 and can't complain. ATT only gets 42 dollars a month for unlimited everything from me.
