We’re among the least qualified people to answer that question. How could we possibly know from a 4-digit number? Find someone with the proper knowledge to answer that. Like a doctor or your coach...

Have to agree.

If you're training that much, I'm thinking you may be on a team (high school, college?). If so, you likely have access to a coach and maybe even a team doctor. I would ask them.

I'm guessing you're not a pro player, since you wouldn't be asking about training here if you were.

If you're not on a team and are training on your own, I guess I'd ask my doctor. If you train at all at a gym where there are personal trainers, I'd book an appointment and ask him or her for advice about how to balance your training.

There might be other issues here, like any illnesses you need to adjust for, your weight etc.

I think you see where I'm going here - it all depends on your context, your ambition level, and what sort of support system you have to draw on.

I think it is more likely, that you are not walking brisk enough ==> high enough pulse.

The calibration is more about getting better indoor distance estimates, by doing 20 minutes outdoor walk with gps.

Yeah, my wife and I notice this. I'm naturally fidgety, always tapping my toes, running up every staircase, walking fast, dancing around like a fool, etc., so my rings are like double hers every day, even when she works out and I don't. We've even switched watches to be sure. Granted, I have a harder time with things like staying asleep, so there's likely a trade off there. I'm afraid to try sleep tracking. lol
