Is this hard drive compatible with my macbook?

My hard drive crashed last week and my tech friend said it was gone for good. I found this hard drive on new egg and it is in my price range. Will it work? 2.0ghz white macbook from 2007.

I know you have a budget but you can double your capacity for another $20:

Add another $30 or so and you can max it out at 500gb.

I guess I'll never understand why people go to the trouble of upgrading their macbooks with such puny drives.

Well I already placed the order. I am upgrading from a 120gb hard drive that died. When it crashed I still had 80gb left so 160gbs is plenty for me.
