Most likely,looks like it's different original resolution in the two faces,the male face to the left is a little more blurred.

In addition to his head looking altered, the guy's arm looks different on either side of the gal's arm.

I notice at a glace it was photoshopped. The lighting between the two models are completely different. The guy has harsh side lighting and the girl has diffused side/front lighting. No matter how good a blending job you do, if the lighting is completely different, whatever gets shopped in is gonna stick out like a sore thumb.

Yes the guy's face is totally photo shopped, I can tell from hair.
