Appears legitimate. But In a major purchase, double check the sellers return policy and I always read through their feedback.

128 GB iPad Pro 12.9" for $640. That's cheaper than Apple's 32 GB which is $800 I believe.

Is it worth the risk?

After I receive it, is there any benchmarks I can do or some things to spot out to make sure I'm getting a 100% legit iPad Pro?

Do you think this year's black friday deals will be cheaper than this?
The seller sold over 300 at that price. That seems like a legit deal for that kind of volume. For the last 3 Black Fridays, there haven't been as good deals as could be found during the rest of the year.

So is a $150 deal worth the chance that it is activation locked, or that the firmware has been changed in CN? I'd rather get one from Apple, sealed in the box, with full warranty, and able to retain the original receipt. Just my opinion.

What is activation lock and the deficit of having a CN firmware?

With how much value iPads lose so quickly it makes almost no sense to buy them new and sealed in my opinion. With the seller having sold so many and having excellent feedback I doubt it's activation locked or anything wrong with it. You also get the full Apple Warranty (receipt not needed).

Looks like a good deal OP. I'd go for it. Plus with iPads you don't have to worry about stuff like them getting reported lost months down the line like with phones.

never mind... the link I posted ultimately led to the eBay site referenced above...
