Is this memory compatible with my MBP?

Good morning all 🙂

At my local Fry's in California, they are having a huge deal on notebook memory. Specifically this:

Is this compatible with my MBP? It's the 2.33ghz C2D (bought last April). It looks like it is, since OWC has (apparently) the same stuff:

Can anyone take a look and let me know if this is compatible? If it is, the sale ends today so I'd like to pick some up!
