Is This Mission Control Bug Happening to Anyone Else?

Occasionally when I go to Mission Control (vie keyboard or mouse shortcut and the icon) this happens. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes

I had it just now but then I moved mail to full screen and after that it has worked normally.

For me the problem comes when I press the green button to maximize the window in mail.

It still happens to me occasionally no matter what state Mail is in (fullscreen or not).

Yeah, I got it too. It's clearly not working as intended here... going to try a restart...
