Is this New Message bottom bar new in Mail app?

I got this new bottom bar today out of the blue, Im on iOS 15.3. I dont remember having it before, feels like this is one of those server side updates. I think this new bottom bar makes the icon on the right kinda useless, now we have 2 different buttons to create a New Message.

That's a draft message. Swipe up on it (I think), or tap on it, to bring up your draft. Then you can delete the draft and that will disappear.

Ok, that cleared it out. Its weird though how they named it New Message instead of Draft. Draft would make a lot more sense.

"New Message" changes to whatever you put in the subject line.
