Is this normal for the Ocean Band?

Ive noticed lots of ocean bands with these marks around the connector pins? Is this normal?

Don't know if it's normal but I've noticed it on my yellow ocean band. I've only removed the band twice and have these marks. Apple quality control ain't what it use to be.

Apple can't change the laws of physics. When you rub two materials together, friction happens.

Apple could avoid using cheap spray paint over metal materials that rub together 😉
