I ordered an AEBS from the Apple Store online on Monday 12th December. Expected delivery date is Thursday 15th December, happens to be today as a matter of fact. Now, I've been tracking the package and this is the transit history.

Now, as you can see, it's been shipped from Sydney, Australia over to Auckland, New Zealand. I don't live anywhere near Auckland... New Zealand, yes, Auckland, no. Why would my package be making so many trips in and around Auckland? Additionally, this is the second 'Exception' it's experiencing in its journey.

Last time I ordered from the Apple Store online, I do not recall it spending so much time in Auckland. I would expect about 3 status results for Auckland (arriving in Auckland, transit to warehouse, transit out of warehouse).

Anyone got any ideas?

Now that is messed up. Not sure why its happening.

What makes it worse is the fact that the first order I placed, then cancelled about an hour afterwards, I was still charged for and have no sign of a refund for either.

If this package doesn't show up, I'll be calling Apple requesting a refund for an item Lost in Transit.

Latest update is as follows, still under EXCEPTION:

15 Dec 2011 | 15:44:00 | Auckland | Connection Delay. Recovery Actions Underway.

Great, so they forgot to put it on the truck last night...😡

That's why they charge so much to ship...

Because they're so f@@@@d up!!!!!!!

Alright, everything's fine now. TNT take forever to update their tracking pages. Upwards of 3 hours after the package has been scanned does the status appear on their site.

And Apple have refunded me for the cancelled order. 😀
