When was the last time you powered off the device?

Do a reboot of the iPad. If it does not help, check when the last update was for those apps. See if they were updated for iOS9

Your iPad is suffering from what is known as "iPad ED". Often a symptom of limp apps... They shutdown before they are finished the task at hand. Try a "hard reset". It usually clears things up... And don't worry, it's common. It happens to everyone.
