On most screenshots, I see people's drives labeled Macintosh HD twice. Check yours in case you don't know what I mean. I can't seem to rename the upper drive to match.
 
You can't rename the upper drive, as that's the actual drive rather than the volume.

It's not an issue if they're not named Macintosh HD. Sometimes they are. Sometimes they aren't. :)
 
You do know you can take a screenshot instead of a picture of your screen, right? The function is built right in.

With that said, everything looks normal there.
 
It's only labeled "Macintosh HD" twice when Core Storage is enabled, and no longer so in the El Capitan Disk Utility. You have nothing to worry about.

You are fine... like redheeler mentioned, the Macs you see that double entry on are newer Mac portables that have had either Yosemite or El Capitan installed. It will also show that on any Mac that has had FileVault2 drive encryption enabled.
