Is this OEM software site reliable?

I just stumbled upon this site and am wondering if it is reliable to purchase from. The site is: http://oemsoftware.ec/ I don't really know anything about OEM software so any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

They sell pirated/cracked software. OEM software is to be distributed with new Original Equipment, so there is no way this stuff would qualify. Check this page for comments from angry developers:

yah, they sell Final cut studio by the disc! So it is listed not as one package, but as 9 discs! Total price $335. Good luck it to be legit. You will be lucky just to get software. You might end up with stolen credit card number and no product at all.

A good beware sign is the limit on the basket $250 , this is below the threshold that the CC companies check the transaction
