Is it possible for me to log in to my secondary Apple ID on my iPhone, download purchases that I have made in the past (for example music or non-free apps) on the secondary Apple ID and then log out of that Apple ID and log back in to my primary Apple ID?

Also, will there be any security issues whilst logging into and out of my primary and secondary Apple IDs? For example, whilst logging in, will I need to verify using another iCloud device or anything?

if you mean have multiple ID's u purchased from, then yes..... i have apps bought in Australia and U.S on my iPhone. Just in to each one and download past purchases as normal.

No security issues, other than u don't log in from new devices, as u'll hit a limit. I think its 10 (including Mac's)
