i got refurbished today(2017-02-02) then the engineer open the white box and gave a refurbished new? phone!!
and i saw the diagnosis log but, some log says this happens at 2016-12-15-20:11
i heard that no one can use the refurbish phone before engineer openning the box, but that log says --" reset counter :1"
i thinks that the phone must be turned off at that time!!
does anyone can explain me??

ps. and bug type 149 is just software problem? (i'm careful about hard reset!! because i got refurbished because it freeze alot!!)
